Xanadu is a new character in The King of Fighters XIV. Originally, SNK wanted The King of Fighters '94 to have a Prisoner Team, formed by Chang Koehan, Choi Bounge, and a third prisoner, but due to various circumstances, they added in Kim Kaphwan instead and made it the Korea Justice Team. Xanadu was created for KOF XIV with this concept in mind.
