Rodem is a secondary character in the King of Fighters series. He is Rugal's black panther pet who first appears on his stage. His namesake likely came from a similar character in Babel II. His nickname with the staff is "Kuro-chan". In The King of Fighters '94 manga, Rodem attacks Athena when she aboard Black Noah via psychic teleport but it was then killed by Terry and rescued her.
