Orochi Yashiro in The King of Fighters 2002 Illustration by Nona
Yashiro Nanakase of the Parched Earth is the Heavenly King title of Yashiro Nanakase. This is an alternate form of Yashiro that was introduced in The King of Fighters '97 as part of the sub-boss team, alongside Orochi Shermie and Orochi Chris. The inspiration for his Orochi name was taken from the ending song of Combat Mecha Xabungle.
