Doctor Sugar Brown is a character who makes an appearance in several SNK games.
He is a scientist, best known for organizing tournaments in the World Heroes series. He also helped the ninjas in Ninja Commando and several heroes in Neo Geo Heroes: Ultimate Shooting. His appearance is slightly based on Doc Brown from the Back to the Future film series and Albert Einstein.
